Abstract

PURPOSE:To prevent switching transistors from destruction by connecting an inductor which composes an iron-resonance circuit between a DC-AC inverter circuit and a transformer. CONSTITUTION:If the imbalance occurs between the product of the voltage applied to a primary winding n1 of a transformer 10 and the driving pulse width of switching transistors of a DC-AC inverter circuir 20 to the positive direction and the same product to the negative direction, the sammation of the exciting current which flows in the primary winding n1 and the load current will tend to increase when the voltage wave form of the direction to which the larger product is obtained is applied to the primary winding n1 of the transformer. But an inductor 11 of an iron resonance circuit 21 in which the same current flows generates the voltage which blocks the increasing current and reduces the voltage applied to the primary winding n1 of the transformer 10, so that the saturation of the transformer 10 is suppressed and the destruction of the switching transistors 2 and 5 or 3 and 4 is avoided.
