CONSTITUTION:A magnet cover which has a bottom part and a skirt part and is cylindrical is made of aluminum. As it has the bottom and the skirt part, it has stiffness and the function which can fix magnets 3 in a yoke 1 tightly. As the magnet cover 5 is made of non-magnetic material, it is free from magnetic loss. The magnet cover 5 is formed so as to be extended to the direction of the yoke 1 and simultaneously fitting parts 3b of the magnets 3 are securely mated with internal protrusions 1a of the yoke 1. Fitting parts 5a to the inside surfaces of the magnets 3, fitting parts 5b to the end surfaces, fitting parts 5c to the yoke, U-shape extended parts 5d between the bottom parts and the edges of the magnets 3 to the direction of the yoke and extended parts 5e between respective magnets 3 to the direction of the yoke are provided to the magnet cover 5 and the magnets 3 are fixed to the yoke 1 tightly.
