PURPOSE:To store an anchor chain in an anchor chain magazine efficiently by providing a disk with an eccentric and projecting guide hole to be rotatable on a horizontal plane in the anchor chain magazine and rotating the disk in the linkage with a windlass as inserting and handling the anchor chain through the guide hole. CONSTITUTION:A disk 8 is supported to be rotatable on a horizontal plane in an anchor chain magazine. A guide hole 9 is bored on the disk 8 eccentrically for inserting an anchor chain loosely. The disk 8 is rotated in the linkage of a windlass at a speed lower than the heaving-up speed of the anchor chain. The anchor chain heaved up is handled by the rotation of the eccentric guide hole 9, and efficiently stored in the anchor chain magazine without being concentrated at a spot.
