PURPOSE:To make it possible to perform a main cutting and a finish cutting accurately and efficiently by means of one cutter by providing a blade type finish cutting blade on a cutter body together with a slow-away type main cutting blade while protruding said finish cutting blade from said main cutting blade. CONSTITUTION:A plural number of concave holes 2 for main cutting blade mounting is provided on the outer periphery of the tip of a cutter body 1, and slow-away type main cutting blades 3 having main cutting blades 31 are mounted in this concave holes 2.
