CONSTITUTION:With a setting operation, a latching circuit 5 receives a digital signal 3a showing the actual speed of a car in response to a latch controlling circuit 104 and in the form of a gate signal 4a and latches the signal 3a. An analog signal 6a showing a converted target speed of the car is applied to a control amplifying circuit 7 along with an analog signal 2a showing the actual speed received an f-V conversion. Then a working signal 7a corresponding to the difference between the signals 6a and 2a is delivered to be applied to an operator 8. The displacement of the output lod of the operator 8 is applied to a speed controlling element 9 of the car.
