Abstract
PURPOSE:To enable detecting of an absolute position by means of a simple constitution, by phase-comparing combined antenna outputs by the use of 3 antennas of a reference, an auxiliary, and a comparison antenna positioned at given intervals corresponding to a crossing of an inductive radio line. CONSTITUTION:A signal, whose crossing interval is a constant-value L, or is a constant-value L from an inductive radio line 1 of 2L, is produced into a nega- tive phase at every 2L, is detected by a reference antenna 7, a comparison antenna 8, and an auxiliary antenna 9, which are monolithically united with a moving object, through satisfication of L<=l<=2L by a distance l. A phase difference of a detecting signal between the antennas 7 and 8 and between the antennas 7 and 9 are compared by phase comparators 13 and 14, and the outputs of the comparators 13 and 14, passing through an AND gate 15, are applied to a shift resistor 18 shift-controlled by the output of the comparator 13 to detect the absolute position of the line 1 based on the combination of the crossing intervals L and 2L, formed by an AND gate 17, from a decoder.
