Abstract
PURPOSE:To reduce thermal load at the heat source by strengthening insulation for the field windings, preventing heat release to the outside through the insulation by the use of a canned motor surrounded thoroughly by insulation, and by providing possibility of the heat to be wholly absorbed in the treating liquid. CONSTITUTION:Copper wire used for windings of a canned motor 12 is coated with nickel, and glass covering over it for the purpose of strengthening insulation. Thus dielectric strength for temperatures over 200 deg.C is enhanced, and a circulation system, in which part of the treating liquid is introduced circulatingly into the rotor chambers 34, 36, is constituted by surrounding this canned motor wholly with an insulating material 72. Consequently, the heat generated by the canned motor 12 can be prevented from release to the outside owing to the insulating material 72 and absorbed thoroughly in the treating liquid, so that the thermal load of the heat source (fuel costs for boiler etc.) can be reduced.
