Abstract

CONSTITUTION:In case a gate 3 is brought into a fall-down condition, a gate 3, which causes a cylinder body 10 to slide in the direction of an arrow B with a hydraulic device being operated, starts to turn slowly centering around a shaft 5 in the direction of the arrow A, and falls down onto the upper surface of a bolster 17 in a position Y shown in a one dot chain line. The gate 10 is approximately flush-positioned with an upstream side 20 of a staged part 4 between the gate 3 and a bottom wall 2, and water at the upstream side 20 flows toward a downstream side 21. In case the gate is raised up, the cylinder body 10 is slid in the direction of an arrow mark B with the hydraulic device reversed.
