Abstract
PURPOSE:To eliminate the lead wire, by covering a surface of a piezoelectric material with an electrode conductor and separating the conductor part into a signal generating/extracting part and a lead part which connects the generating and extracting parts of signal by means a groove having a depth reaching the piezoelectric material. CONSTITUTION:An electrode conductor 8 covers over a surface of a piezoelectric material 1. This conductor is separatd with insulation into the 1st part including a signal generating part 8A, a signal extracting part 9 plus a lead part that connects these two parts and the 2nd part including other unnecessary parts by means of a groove 7 and in accordance with the vibration mode of the material 1. The groove 7 has a thickness reaching the material 1. A conductive support plate 3 is provided on an other surface of the material 1, and the part 9 is clamped with conductive clamping plates 4 and 5. In such constitution, the signal can be extracted without using any lead wire.
