CONSTITUTION:Taking a distance along a photosensitive drum from an image write-in position O to an image transferring position T as L1, and the carrying distance from the tip P of paper to the position T as L2, the length of paper toward paper carrying direction as LP, the paper supply interval between paper and paper as LG, and the distance from the tip P of paper to a duplicated feed detection sensor as LS respectively, the interval of tips of papers at continuous paper feed is LP+LG. In a carrying path being L1<=L2, LP+LG <=LS, if the Nth paper causes duplicated paper feed, the paper supplied at the (N+1)-th is also discharged to the 2nd tray and the information on the n-th page is outputted to a paper supplied at the (N+2)-th, allowing to prevent missing pages.
