Abstract

PURPOSE:To obtain a high reliable electromagnetic coil having damp-proof property and being able t endure high frequent use by a method wherein after an enamel wire is wound around a spool, a thermally contractive tube is covered on the outside part, and it is made to contract by heating. CONSTITUTION:After the enamel wire 1 is wound around the spool 2, the thermally contractive tube 5 of polyester tube, etc., for example, is covered thereon, or after a thermosetting resin 6, of which hardened condition of resin is the B stage, is applied thereon, the thermally contractive tube 5 is covered, and it is heated in a drying furnace to make it to contract. At this case, when the thermosetting resin 6 is used, some of resin flows out by heating to flow in gaps in the spool 2, in the enamel wire 1 and the thermally contractive tube 5, and after the gaps are filled up, the resin is hardened. Accordingly, the highly reliable electromagnetic coil having damp-proof property and being able to endure high frequent use can be manufactured with comparatively simple constitution and processing.
