CONSTITUTION:In transmitting and receiving signals between opposing devices A and B, every time when a signal transmitted from the device A at the counter CNT of the device B of the reception side is transferred to a register SDR, the number of pulses accompanied with the signal is counted. The signal from the counter CNT is applied to an error check circuit ER-CHK as a code signal ACP-CD from a logical operation circuit LGC by a tag signal QWT. The number of transmission pre-stored in a main control circuit CT of the device A of the transmission side is compared with the code signal ACP-CD returned from the device B, and when coincidence, it is judged as normal operation, and when discidence, it is judged as error, to monitor control signal with a simple constitution.
