Abstract
PURPOSE:To set up the quantity of exposure corresponding to the density of an original easily and precisely by shifting and setting the quantity of exposure in stages according to the set operation through a microcomputer to display. CONSTITUTION:The setting resistances 32-36 of an A/D converter 40 are selected through a microcomputer 21 according to the number of times of operation of light setting buttons 11 and 12 corresponding to the density of an original and the quantity of exposure changing in stages is set up as a digital value. Since the emitting diode 43 which forms the photocoupler 42 of a standard voltage generating circuit 57 controlling an exposure lamp is controlled, the original on a copying machine is exposed according to the set value. Simultaneously, any one of LED13-17 is selected and lights according to the set quantity of exposure via a computer 21, so that the set quantity of exposure is displayed. Thus, the quantity of exposure corresponding to the density of the original is precisely set up by the simple operation.
