Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent edges of such a comparatively soft board as an original board of a plaster board from hanging down at the time of adsorption and transshipment of said board by turning up the edges for convenience of shipment through operation of a position detective means and a position adjustment means for board edge parts provided on the underside of a transshipment device.
CONSTITUTION: Board 1 carried in by a receiving board 12 of a conveyor 11 are adsorbed by a vacuum adsorptive device 6, and after ascending, are loaded onto a table lifter 13 in order. In case a stop position of the conveyor 11 is shifted at thie time, loading of the boards 1 with their edges trued up is impractical. Therefore, after absorbing boards 1 once, while search of the edge part position of the board 1 is made by a phototube 4 on one hand, a linear motor 10 composing a position adjustment measure 7 is driven on the other hand. Thus, position adjustment is made so as to keep constant the edge part position of the boards 1 in relation to a transshipment main body 2. Accordingly, edges of the boards 1 loaded onto the lifter 13 may be adjusted almost per fectly by this device.
