Abstract
PURPOSE:To make the high sensitivity detection of microobjects possible by deciding the inductance of an oscillator which is feedback-controlled via a low pass filter and the like and the output of a frequency detector on account of the approach of the object to a capacitance in accordance with the threshold. CONSTITUTION:The oscillation frequency change of an oscillator OSC3 is detected with a frequency detector FD3, and is feedback-controlled via an LPF1, an oscillation frequency regulator AFC1, etc., whereby the influence of a change in ambient environments, etc. upon the change of the detecting coil L3 of the oscillator OSC3 is corrected and the oscillator OSC3 is operated stably. On the other hand, the detected output of a detector FD3 corresponding to the fluctuations with a short time of the case when a metallic piece M or the like approaches to the coil L3 in this state is shut off with the LPF1, whilst it is decided with a discriminator LDC3 set with the threshold, whereby the approaching of the microobject is detected stably without the influence of temp., humidity, etc. The same holds true of the case when the change in capacitance is utilized in place of an inductance.
