CONSTITUTION:A headphone main body 1 consists of an open-air type frame 3 incorporating a sound generating part 2 which is mounted across a U-shaped support member 4. This frame 3 incorporates a microphone 5. The part 2 and the microphone 5 are connected to a portable cassette tape recorder 8 via a connection cord 6, and the part 2 is connected to a magnetic head 14 via a switch (S) 11 plus recording amplifier 12 and an S13. At the same time, the microphone 5 is connected to the head 14 via an S15, a reproducing amplifier 16 and an S17. The S11 and S13 as well as S15 and S17 are coupled to a record operation button 9 to secure a switching connection between the part 2 and the microphone 5.
