PURPOSE:To obtain a satisfactory operation, by mounting a dial attachment body whose key switch and its illuminating lamp is stored in the housing, to a rotary dial of a telephone set, and installing a power device accommodating an electric power supply circuit, to the back part of the telephone set. CONSTITUTION:A key switch 22 corresponding to a dial number, and a lamp part 23 of its illuminating equipment are stored in a housing 11. In this housing 11, an attachment body 1 is mounted to a rotary dial of a telephone set 2 so as to be freely detachable by a mounting part 13, and also an electric power supplying circuit 42 of the lamp 23 is stored. When the key switch is operated, a dial pulse generating circuit 40 generates a dial pulse corresponding to the key switch 22. Also, a connecting code 8 is led out from this circuit 40, is connected to a subscriber's line in paralle with the telephone set 2, and the dial pulse is led out to the subscriber's line from the circuit 40.
