PURPOSE:To improve the shock absorber function of a telescope type light mounting device including a shock absorber function, by combining an inner tube made of synthetic resin reinforced by fiber with a sealing member made of silicone rubber. CONSTITUTION:A sealing member 2 made of silicone rubber is set between an inner tube 1 made of fiber reinforced synthetic resin (FRP) made by combining properly filaments of carbon fiber, glass fiber or the like with raw material of polyester resin, phenol resin or the like. Thereby, frictional resistance between the sealing member 2 and an FRP made tube 1 becomes small, and a smooth sliding function can be obtained. Furthermore, as the outward leakage of operating fluid disappears, a satisfactory shock absorber function can be displayed.
