Abstract

PURPOSE: To prevent discharge of a battery, by stopping closed loop control after stopping operation of a engine, effecting open loop control by supplying current to control circuits for a predetermined while, and then stopping current supply to the control circuits and its own circuit.
CONSTITUTION: When an ignition switch 120 is turned OFF, an electronic switch 131 is turned ON. However, an electronic switching circuit 130 is energized by a pulse generating circuit 138 and a long-time one shott multivibrator 143, so that current from a battery 121 is transmitted to a regulator 127. Here, since no voltage is impressed on the ignition coil, open loop control is carried out. At the same time, a contact switch 130 is turned OFF, but return action is caused for a predetermined while by the one shot multivibrator 143. Further, a relay 135 is actuated by the output of the regulator 127, so that current is supplied to a fan motor 133.
