With this constitution, the pillar part 17 of the damper rubber 16 has comparatively greater rigidity lengthwise the cunti-lever 1, the cunti-lever 1 is almost unified with the magnet 21 and deviated lengthwise, allowing to provide the most desireable characteristics to jitter correction control, by suitably determining the types of material and shape of the damper rubber 16.
