Abstract
PURPOSE:To facilitate stable polishing work by rotatably and detachably holding the broach reamer with a center receiver and a center pusher and maintaining a grindstone approximately to the same plane with that of the broach reamer by means of a guide roller hanger. CONSTITUTION:The broach reamer 6 is rotatably supported by a centr receiver 21 and a center pusher 22. A diamond file 511 or an oilstone is attached to a file fixture 507 together with a file cover 512, and the file fixture 507 is assembled to a holding plate 501 through an angle controleing washer 502. With the holding plate 501 held stable on a guide roller 31 and the diamond file 511 touching lightly the broach reamer 6, the file cover 512 is slid back and forth with its face adjusted to conform to the angle of the rear cutter-edge and with the broach reamer 6 manually rotated to the opposite direction. Thus, the angle of polish of the deamond file 511 or the oilstone can be maintained stable during repolishing of the broach reamer.
