Abstract

CONSTITUTION: A sliding member 14 is placed into an oval hole of a guide vane lever 9. The sliding member 14 is connected to a guide ring 7. An excentric pin 16 is fastened to the upper part of the sliding member 14 with a stopper 15. With this construction, the excentric pin 16 can be fastened to the upper surface of the guide vane lever 9, which facilitates the assembling and mainteneance work of the guide vane.
