Abstract
PURPOSE:To increase sound pressure level and to decrease sound distortion, by making standstill the oscillation at the center part of a bending oscillation type piezoelectric vibration diaphragm fitted to an oscillation film. CONSTITUTION:A bending type piezoelectric vibration diaphragm 5 is sticked to the center of an oscillation film 4. The oscillation film 4 is supported and fixed with a pair of frames 6, 7 with a tension. The frame 6 at sound discharge side is constituted with a ring with bottom, and the center of the bottom is provided with a support notch 6a with thinned tip and a plurality of sound discharge holes 6b are provided other than the center with comparatively large size. Another frame 7 is constituted also as ring shape with bottom, a support projection 7a with thinned tip is provided at the center of the bottom, and a plurality of small holes 7b are provided at the surrounding. The center part of the piezoelectric diaphragm 5 including the diaphragm film 4 at supports projections 6a, 7a of both the frames 6, 7 is clipped, and the oscillation of the center part being a maximum position of amplitude of the piezoelectric diaphragm 5 is in standstill.
