Abstract

When the 1st and 2nd control parts are in normal operation, the clock of one control part 300 or 400 is supplied to both flip-flops and the clock to the selective state display flip-flop is shifted to prevent the both from being set at the same time. If one control part 300 or 400 has a serious trouble to stop the clock, a clock switching indication circuit 600 is controlled to use the clock from the other control parts 400 or 300, thus enabling the operation.
