Abstract

PURPOSE:To isolate the whole system including power lines from a main power source, by tripping a main breaker in an emergency by an emergency switch provided to a console. CONSTITUTION:A console 2 is provided with an emergency switch ES, and a main breaker 5 has an incorporated trip coil TC connected to its output terminal side; and the emergency switch ES is connected to the terminal 14 of the trip coil TC via a signal line 13 to form an emergency circuit. In an emergency, when the emergency switch ES is operated, a voltage from the output terminal side of a main breaker is applied to the trip coil TC, thus tripping the main breaker 5. Consequently, respective system devices, i.e. individual breakers 7, power lines 8, a CPU1, the console 2, terminal processors 3, etc., after the output terminal 5b of the main breaker 5 are all disconnected from a main power line 6.
