In addition, retransmission files RF0-RF2, a file SF1 and stand-by files SB1-SB4 to the files RF0-RF2 are connected to the CPU respectively. Then the whole or a part of the contents of a file device of the normal system is copied with the whole or a part of another file device in order to recover a faulty file device.
