Abstract
PURPOSE:To separate a carrier angular frequency of the angle modulation wave accompanied with amplitude fluctuation, by obtaining the angular frequency of an input signal on a basis of the square root of a ratio of the input signal to a derivative of the second order of the input signal. CONSTITUTION:A derivative of the second order of an input signal applied to a terminal 11 is operated by an operating circuit 20, and a ratio of this derivative of the second order to the input signal is obtained by a divider 40. Since this ratio gives the square of the angular frequency of the input signal, an average value in a constant section is obtained by an average operating circuit 21, and the square root is operated by a square root operating circuit 41, thereby obtaining the angular frequency of carrier components. Further, the input signal is delayed in a delay circuit 30 by a time required for operations from the circuit 20 to the circuit 14 and is subjected to Fourier conversion due to the carrier angular frequency by a Fourier converting circuit 22 to separate carrier components of the input signal as a parameter.
