Abstract

CONSTITUTION:An optical fiber bundle is composed of a fixing part A uniting the end of each optical fiber with adhesive 2 as one body and a flexible part B in which each optical fiber 1 is separated. A strengthening pipe 3 having the length enough to lap the fixing part A and a part of the flexible part B is fixed to the end of the optical fiber bundle with adhesive and a flexible tube 4 is fitted to the one end of the strengthening pipe 3 and bound with string. Then, the inside of the strengthening pipe 3 is packed with heat transmissive grease 6.
