Abstract
PURPOSE: To save energy by reducing pressure in a sealed hollow chamber and circulating air flows that possess heat generated by friction with balance maintained in the chamber.
CONSTITUTION: A rotating body (a) with rotating vanes 6 is installed at an air drawing hole 4 opened at the center of the roof of a sealed hollow chamber 1. In the rotating area of the rotating body (a) a frictional heat generating section A is formed, and a rotating air layer forming section 7 is formed with a conical guide plate 8 and a conical rotating plate 10 with a central hole 9 at a position downstream of the frictional heat generating section A. Air is drawn from the hollow chamber 1 by rotating vanes 6 with an electric motor 5 to lower the pressure in it, and the vane rotation is maintained with balance to generate frictional heat between the vanes 6 and the air staying in the chamber 1, and rotating air flows go downwards from between the plates 8 and 10 by rotation of the rotating plate 10, and air flows are created in the chamber 1. The air flows in the center of the chamber 1 are drawn to the central hole 9, producing circulating air flows to make the temperature in the chamber uniform. By this arrangement a heat source to heat the chamber is saved.
