Abstract
PURPOSE:To lessen the electric coupling between a driving circuit and a signal line and to lower the leak current passing through the driving circuit to the ignorable degree, by using FETs in the driving circuit and supplying the driving current for switches from the signal line. CONSTITUTION:When a positive voltage is applied to a driving signal voltage applying terminal 28, FETs 16-23 are pinched off, and switches 3-6 are cut off. When the positive voltage of the terminal 28 is released, FETs 16-23 become conductive. If a signal line 1 is positive and a signal line 2 is negative, FETs 16-19 are conductive to form a channel passing through switches 3 and 4. If the signal line 1 is negative and the signal line 2 is positive, a channel passing through switches 5 and 6 is formed similarly. Signal lines 1 and 2 the driving circuit are separated electrically from each other by the junction of gates of each FET and diodes 24-27 and 29-32, and a leak current passing through the driving circuit is only a current of the reverse direction of P-N junction and is ignored.
