Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform sure soldering automatically with short tact by so constituting a titled device that all driving sources are operated by electricity.
CONSTITUTION: When wire solder is fed and a motor 118 is run forward and backward after a body 1 of a soldering unit is fixed to a stanchion in a desired position and style, a slide shaft 110 is moved upward and downward. The vertical movement of the shaft 110 is transmitted to a trowel unit 101, by which automatic soldering is accomplished. Right after the soldering, a solenoid operates and an arm for swinging turns clockwise around a stationary studded shaft 108, thereby swinging the unit 101. After swinging of the trowel, the unit 101 ascends and a right-angle arm 121 turns around a fulcrum 122, then a nozzle 303 turns so as to escape from the leading end of the unit 101. When the soldering is accomplished proper times, a rotary solenoid operates and the unit 101 turns around the shaft 108 as shown by alternate long and two short dashes lines, then the molten solder at the leading end of the unit 101 drops onto a receiving tray 402.
