Abstract

The ends of the tape are fixed by means of thermal fusion, hook, connection or the like at a fixing part 5, an assembled element 1 being tightly bound. The binding force pressing the positive plate should be over 20kg/dm<2>. The insertion work of the assembled element into the container is facilitated by making smaller the length of the assembled element, especially the length of the lower part of the element.
