Abstract

PURPOSE: To perform an automatic grinding, regardless of a type and dimensions by a method wherein when manufacturing an pressure container, etc., a grind stone pressing force during an inner face profiling grinding of a beveling is controlled to be a preset value from a relative displacement of a grinder and the rod of an oil pressure cylinder by means of a servo valve.

CONSTITUTION: When a grind stone 6 is fed forward to the depth direction while it is pressed to the beveling inner face 2', a grinder 5 moves to a direction opposite to A direction, compresses a pushing spring 9 and increases a reactive force. Accordingly, in accordance therewith, the grinder 5 and a rod 7' are relatively displaced and said relative displacement is detected as a movement of a spool 11d of a servo valve 10. Based on this, an oil quantity from an oil pressure unit 12 to an oil pressure cylinder 7 is adjusted, the rod 7' is moved to the direction opposite to the A direction and the pushing force is adjusted so as to be the set value. In this manner, regard-less of the type and dimensions of the beveling inner face, an automaic grinding can be easily performed.
