Abstract

PURPOSE:To avoid the mixture of noise for the input signal and thus secure a steady operation of time delay, by eliminating the crossing between the input signal line and the pulse transmission line and having the crossing of only the DC lines. CONSTITUTION:The infrared-ray detecting elements 1-4 are formed by the multiple semiconductors, and the outputs of these elements are sent to the input diodes 9-12 of the charge transfer device CTD via the signal lines 5-8. At the same time, the buses La and Lb are connected to the transfer gate electrodes 301-304 as well as to the input electrodes 101-104 to supply the DC voltage for formation of a loop to store the charge temporarily. The buses B1-B4 are formed to supply the pulse to the electrodes 301-304 and the transfer electrodes 401-416 with no crossing to the lines 5-8. In addition, the connection lines 22-25 plus 26-28 are extended over other electrodes to secure a connection between the disuse control electrodes 17-20 and the bus Bf and between the electrode 301-304 and the bus Bt respectively. Thus the mixture of noise can be avoided for the input signal.
