Abstract

PURPOSE:To arrange so that an ignition timing may be controlled according to the temperature of an engine, by providing a temperature signal generation means which generates a temperature signal in accordance with an engine temperature and controlling the generation position of an output signal of an ignition timing arithmetic means based on a temperature signal. CONSTITUTION:An ignition timing control device is composed of a generation coil 2 which generates an AC output synchronized to an engine rotation, a magnetic dynamo 1 equipped with a signal coil 4 which generates a reference signal at a prearranged crank position for an engine, a conventional condenser discharging-type ignition circuit 5 having an output from the generation coil 2 an a power supply and an ignition timing control circuit 6 which controls as ignition timing based on the temperature of an engine. The ignition timing control circuit 6 is made up of a wave- form shaping circuit 8, an FF circuit 9, an arithmetic circuit 10 and an output circuit 11. The arithmetic circuit 10 is provided with an operation amplifier 106 where a comparison voltage Vr proportional to an engine temperature by a thermister 13 is input. A thyristor 5a is controlled based on an output from the arithmetic circuit 10.
