Abstract

PURPOSE: To utilize heat contained in a combustion gas in the production of carbon black, by supporting an oil feed pipe at the center axis of the second nozzle body, consisting of a venturi tube connected with the rear of the first nozzle in the form of a hollow truncated circular cone.
CONSTITUTION: Combustion gas-charging chamber 41 is equipped with a pair of combustion gas inlets 45 and 45', placed oppositely to each other in the direction of the connection. A lead pipe for introducing and atomizing a hydrocarbon oil feed, is supported at the center of feed introduction chamber 46, and an annular space formed between said chamber 46 and said lead pipe, is connected with a lead pipe for the introduction of an oxygen-containing gas such as air.
