Abstract
PURPOSE:To prepare a simple and economical sample for X-ray analysis by loading a powder specimen on a base member having an adhesive sticking to the surface such as tape, etc. and attaching it after leveling off to an even layer. CONSTITUTION:A two-side adhesive tape 4 is cut to a round shape and a circular base paper 5 equivalent in diameter to the tape is attached on one end as a reinforcing material.
