Abstract
PURPOSE: To reuse waste water as flushing one by adjusting the pH of the wate water to a specific value by removing fluoric acid without increasing salt concentration, by irradiating the waste water with ultraviolet rays in excessive hydrogen peroxide whose amount is enough to decompose an organic substance by oxidation, and then by making it into contact with active carbon.
CONSTITUTION: Fluoric acid, inorganic salt, methanol, halogen hydrocarbon, etc., are mixed.
