Abstract

PURPOSE: To facilitate pipe cut to provide a fine section of the pipe by a movable cutting edge fixed perpendicularly to the axis of the fixed pipe for bearing securely against and forcibly cutting the pipe.
CONSTITUTION: A stepped cutting edge 3 having intersections 7 of inside edges 5 and outside edges 6 is used to forcibly cut a pipe 1 from its cut-out portion 4. Then the edges 6 forcibly cut the pipe 1 from its both side wall portions (c) to its lower wall portions (b) sequentially towards the outside of the pipe.
