Abstract

PURPOSE: To permit a temperature sensing element to be used under high temperatures by forming conductors to be both a senser and lead wires on a molding to be a minute porcelain, coating this closely with a protecting film and baking it before bonding terminals for external connection to said conductors.
CONSTITUTION: At an end of a minute porcelain 21, terminals 22 and 22' for external connection are provided, which are connected to a senser 23 by lead wires 24 and 24' respectively. The senser 23 is constituted by placing the two conductors close to each other so as to sharply sense the resistance variation between said conductors. Each conductor pattern of the senser 23 is formed into a comb teeth shape, and said conductors are covered with a minute porcelain to protect from a high-temperature atmosphere.
