Abstract

PURPOSE: To remove fine powder of electroconductive material easily by water washing, by placing titled electrolytically treated material in a water tank, and by applying voltage, which is opposite to that of the electric charge of the fine powder adhered to the material and which is sufficient to neutralyze the electric charge, to an electrode arranged facing to the material.
CONSTITUTION: In water washing of electrolytically treated material obtained by electrolysis in an electrolyte made by mixing one, or two or more fine electroconductive powder among fine powder of single substances or alloy of hardly soluble, hardly reducible metals, and fine carbon powder, said treated material is placed in a water tank. An electrode is installed facing to the treated material, and is applied with voltage which is opposite to the electric charge of the fine charged powder and which is sufficient to neutralyze the charge electrically, or said electrode or said treated material is grounded when said electric charge is positive. Hence the fine charged powder is washed easily with water, and the separated fine electroconductive powder is recovered and is reutilized.
