Abstract
PURPOSE: To make an exposure control device simple by beforehand setting the aperture at a constant aperture value at which the effect of a difference in the full- aperture F value of interchangeable lenses is substantially eliminated, and determining the aperture value and shutter second time based on the TTL photometric information at that preset aperture.
CONSTITUTION: The output of a photometric circuit PA is digitally converted to digital luminance information which is then inputted together with the film sensitivity information from a digital switch SD to a digital operator DO, from which the corrected digital information is outputted to a decoder circuit DEC. The decoder circuit DEC ranks the digital luminance information and outputs the aperture value signal corresponding to the ranks to an aperture determination circuit AC and the shutter second time signal to a shutter control circuit SC, whereby the aperture value and shutter second time at the photographing are respectively determined. Even if the full-aperture F value of the lens changes with interchangeable lenses, always correct exposure conditions are obtained based on this basic control operation.
