CONSTITUTION:When a subscriber 20 dials the specific number, the common controller 6 of an exchanger 2 is connected to a subscriber 20, oscillation register trunk ORT10, and outgoing sender trunk OST8 via a 3-terminal trunk 12. Further, when a subscriber dials the telephone number of a telephone set in failure, for example, this information is input to the ORT10 via a hybrid circuit 14. In this case, the ORT10 switches a relay 16 and connects the OST8 and the information reception center 24. Next, the dial information stored in the ORT10 is transmitted to the center 24 via the OST8. Thus, transfer can be ensured to the center 24 without providing special signal converters.
