Abstract

PURPOSE:To reduce the hardware of each node, by monitoring the time slot only specific to the node of itself at reception and performing tansmission through the use of time slot specific to the node of opposing device at transmission. CONSTITUTION:A reception time slot detection circuit 43 stores the location of the time slot specific to the node of itself in advance to detect the time slot location signal of the node of itself through the use of the bit clock and the frame synchronizing signal from a pattern pickup circuit 42. Further, in calling out from a terminal device 40 to other terminal device, the address of time slot of opposing node is obtained at the output of a connection determining circuit 46 and this is stored in a transmission time slot register 45. The memory content of the transmission time slot register 45 and that of the pattern pickup circuit 42 are compared at a transmission time slot detection circuit 47.
