Abstract

PURPOSE: To stabilize the air flow and to reduce the noise by a method wherein a bypass part connecting a suction part with a discharge part is provided at the stabilizer part dividing the air suction part from the air discharge part and the air flow in this bypass is adjusted in proportion to the magnitude of the blast load.
CONSTITUTION: In part of a stabilizer 4 is provided a bypass 8 connecting an air discharge part 6 with an air suction part 5 and is attached a device, such as a movable plate 9, which can adjust the quantity of the air flow passing through this bypass. Therefore, when load is small and the quantity of air in a main passage 12 is sufficiently large, the quantity of air flowing in the bypath part 8 secures just the same performance as a conventional one by shutting the movable plate 9. When load becomes larger and the quantity of air in the main passage 12 decreases, a circulating passage 13 becomes larger and the quantity of air flowing in an impeller is sufficient to secure stabilization of a vortex 3. Therefore the flow of the air is stabilized and occurrence of noise is reduced.
