Abstract
PURPOSE: To easily obtain titled polymer which is an excellent film at lower temperature than conventional, by reacting a blocked isocyanate compound with an active hydrogen-containing compound in the presence of a monoalkyl- or monoaryltin oxide.
CONSTITUTION: (A) A blocked isocyanate compound obtained by reacting an isocyanato blocking agent such as phenol with a terminal isocyanato-containing compound prepared by recating an excess amount of a diisocyanate such as tolylene diisocyanate with a low-molecular active hydrogen-containing compound such as ethylene glycol is reacted with (B) an active hydrogen-containing compound such as polyether-polyol in the presence of a monoalkyltin oxide such as monoethyltin oxide or a monoaryltin oxide such as monophenyltin oxide or in the presence of a combination thereof with a dialkyltin compound such as di-n-butyltin oxide or a diaryltin compound such as diphenyltin oxide. In this way, titled polymer which is an excellent film is obtained at lower temperature than conventional.
