Abstract

PURPOSE: To apply the burring work in accuracy to a couple of shaft holes, by reciprocating the slide block integrally provided with a couple of punches against the work clamped at the specified position.
CONSTITUTION: The working mandrel 20 is inserted into the work W, and the upper die 2 is brought down; hereby, the first cam C1 pushes the counter first cam plane 14 and the work clamp 71 is moved forward so as to clamp the work W. At the same time, the guide pin 17 is inserted into the guide hole of the work W which is hereby set at a specified position. By further bringing down the upper die 2, the punch holder 22 goes to the right side, and the right punch 242 collaboarates with the die ring 132 firmly set to the work clamp 72, in applying the burring work to the center of the guide hole bored in the right side wall of the work W.
