Abstract

PURPOSE: To improve the performance of an antenna mixer and to reduce its cost by separating VHF band and UHF band systems from each other and by providing the best performance of each circuit for its corresponding band.
CONSTITUTION: The signal of VHF filter 101 inputted to VHF filter 102 has a component of lower than an IF frequency and component of the FM band attenuated and is inputted to narrow-band dedicated VHF amplifier 103. The amplified VHF-band TV signal is distributed into two signals by VHF distributor 104; one is inputted to recording tuner input terminal VTRi of VRT116 via LPF105, and the other to tuner input terminal TVi of TV111 via LPF106. On the other hand, the output TV signal of HPF107 amplified by UHF amplifier 103 is distributed into two signals by UHF-band distributor 102; one is inputted to input terminal VTRi of the recording tuner via HPF110, and the other to UHF amplifier 111. Further, it is inputted to therminal TVi via an attenuator, etc., and a TV modulated signal is also inputted to terminal TVi via distributor 112, etc. Thus, a disused band is excluded and the performance is improved.
