CONSTITUTION:A motor controlling processor 45 to drive a motor is provided in addition to a main controlling processor 40 to control a device generally. Then, when control information is delivered to the main controlling processor 40 from a switch input interface 42 or a trasmission interface 41, information is transmitted to the motor controlling processor 45 from the main controlling processor 40. The motor controlling processor 45 functions to activate the motor 48, and after activation, controls a rotational torque of the motor 48 with a software according to a signal from a rotary position detector 49.
