Abstract
PURPOSE: To improve conveying efficiency in such a way that at the same time as a box body is loaded on the pallet, the motor is started, and the pallet receiving stand gets down by one pitch.
CONSTITUTION: When a box body which has made its way on a roller conveyor 1 is stopped in contact with a stopper 3, operation of a cylinder 9 moves pawls 14 of a pusher 8, and pushes out the box body onto a pull-push plate 19. When the determined number of box bodies are pushed out onto the pull-push plate 19, the pull- push plate 19 moves to the right, and the box body is loaded to a pallet on a pallet receiving stand 18. And, at the same time as the box body is loaded onto the pallet, a motor is started, and a pallet receiving stand 18a gets down by one pitch of the hegiht of the box body. After that, this operation is repeated, and when the box bodies are piled up by the necessary number of stages, the pallet receiving stand 18a gets down, and they are conveyed out by a send-out roller conveyor 30. In consequence, since the box bodies are automatically piled up, conveying efficiency can be improved.
